Crosshairs n things

The meteor storm now takes a couple of seconds to charge, it also has more visual and audio fx.

Swapped in some new crosshairs, thanks to OccaSoftware.

Line of sight is required for the turret to maintain tracking target, and also for locking on to target in general.
